I'm seeing gatefold sleeve. I nabbed this from olga salgo's fantastic flickr page - chock full of images of old, wonderous and obscure films as well as strange dolls. Her Giallo Junction and The Black Motion Picture Experience series are choice.
I have no idea which Blaxspoitation movie the above photo is from but damn, do I wanna see this!
